Our church is passionate about building lives on Jesus Christ through faithful Bible teaching and genuine Christian fellowship. That is why our mission is to help people discover salvation through Jesus, grow in biblical truth, and connect with a Scripture-centered community. We do this by emphasizing our commitment to God’s Word, heartfelt worship, faithful prayer, loving fellowship, and living out our faith according to biblical principles. When you spend time with us, you’ll see these values reflected in everything we do as a church family committed to the Gospel. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this journey of faith together!
Our church family at Atlantic Gospel Chapel welcomes believers of all ages and backgrounds. We dress comfortably – you’ll see everything from casual jeans to business attire, so come as you are! Our main Family Bible Hour begins at 10:45am on Sunday morning, preceded by our 9:30am Remembrance Meeting and 10:30am coffee fellowship time. We provide Sunday School classes for children Pre-K through 12th grade during the Family Bible Hour, and nursery care is available for infants and toddlers. Keep reading to learn more about what to expect when you visit. We look forward to meeting you!
We begin each Sunday with our Remembrance Meeting, also known as Breaking of Bread, where we gather to remember the Lord Jesus through communion, worship, and prayer. This meeting is open to all who have trusted Christ as their Savior and are living consistently with that faith. The service focuses on Christ’s life, death, resurrection, and His ongoing ministry.
Between our morning meetings, we encourage everyone to enjoy conversation and coffee in our fellowship area. This is a wonderful time to meet people, ask questions, and experience the warmth of our church family. We’d love to connect with you during this time!
Our main worship service is approximately one hour in length, featuring congregational singing, prayer, and faithful exposition of God’s Word. We believe in verse-by-verse Bible teaching that makes Scripture clear and applicable to daily life. Our pastors and elders typically preach through books of the Bible from beginning to end, examining the original meaning and showing how it applies today. We don’t pass an offering plate, but there is an opportunity to give if you feel led to do so.
During the Family Bible Hour, we provide age-appropriate Sunday School classes for children Pre-K through 12th grade. Our teachers focus on biblical instruction that helps young people understand God’s Word and grow in their faith. Parents are welcome to keep children with them during the service if they prefer.
We gather Sunday evenings for corporate prayer, focusing on our church family, community needs, and God’s work around the world. This is a meaningful time of intercession and fellowship for those who can attend.
Throughout the week, we offer additional Bible study opportunities including Tuesday Ladies Bible Study (9:30am), Saturday Men’s Bible Study (8:00am), and various small group studies. These provide excellent opportunities to grow deeper in God’s Word and build relationships within our church family.
We’d love to meet you, share God’s Word, and walk alongside you in faith.
