Welcome to atlanticgospelchapel.com (the “Site”), operated by Atlantic Gospel Chapel (“AGC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a non‑profit evangelical church located in Atlantic, Iowa, United States. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any content, functionality, or services offered on or through the Site.

By visiting or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Notice (Section 15). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility & Intended Audience

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age. By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least 13. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the acts of children who use the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

All sermons, articles, audio recordings, videos, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Site (collectively, “Content”) are the property of AGC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may:

  • View, listen to, and print portions of the Content for your personal, non‑commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; and
  • Share or quote the Content for non‑commercial ministry or educational purposes, provided you attribute the material to “Atlantic Gospel Chapel” and include a link to the Site.

All other uses—including commercial exploitation, derivative works, or bulk downloading—require our prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Transmit or post any material that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site;
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; or
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, accounts, or networks.

5. Third‑Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AGC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third‑party sites are governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AGC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGC, ITS ELDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGC and its elders, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in or serving Cass County, Iowa.

10. Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No waiver by AGC of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Notice constitute the entire agreement between you and AGC regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

13. Donations

If you choose to donate to AGC through any link provided on this Site, the transaction may be processed by a third‑party payment processor. Please review the processor’s own terms and privacy policy before submitting any payment information. Donations are non‑refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15.7 International Transfers

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has provided Personal Data should contact us.

15.11 Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Notice.
